In MySQL (given that they have a FULLTEXT index):

I have 3 tables: Video, Picture and Sound. Please make a SQL/PSM function that makes you do a free text search query of the content from the Description row and the Title row. The free text search must return those multimedia objects that best matches the query, preferably in order of relevance. Use the MATCH function to execute the query.

Tables:

Video(VideoID, Description, Place, Time, Position, URL)

Picture(PictureID, Description, Place, Time, Position, URL)

Sound(SoundID, Description, Place, Time, Position, URL)
