We have 2 java applications. one is for check processing and another for viewing signatures. both are independent applications. no dependency. When we open check processing application alone and process through the checks, it is working fine. but if we open signature appliation also to view the signatues, and then try to process the checks, check application is getting stucked and even signature application. Tried on another system, with the same process when both applications are opened and processed checkes, it is working fine. I have checked RAM size. for both systems, RAM is same. What else I can check? Need your assistance please. Project is in critical stage. Appreciate your quick response. Thank you in advance.

Explanation / Answer

If it worked on other systems then surely there is no need to worry. I think the problem might be with JAVA installation itself. Reinstall the SDK and JRE then check.
