this network is probably not using DHCP and the intern has accidentally assigned

two different computers the same IP address. Or, if the network is using DHCP,

the teller%u2019s computer has inadvertently been assigned a static IP address that the

DHCP server is assigning to someone else%u2019s computer. Knowing whether the

network is using DHCP is helpful, but either way, the troubleshooter will need to

go to the teller%u2019s computer and review its TCP/IP configuration. He might try

changing the IP address to one that you know is not in use or, if the computer is

supposed to be using DHCP, check the %u201CObtain IP address automatically%u201D option

in the client%u2019s TPC/IP properties dialog box
