1. Keyloggers: this is one of the major information security threat. This will log all password and credential information auticaaly and give risk to sensitive data that is important to organization.
2. Hackers: This is one of stealing information by accessing organization data without having proper priviliges. Major source for this activity is internet and network connection of organization.
3. Viruses: This is one of the major information security threat. Virus is automated program that runs in back ground and steals sensitive infornation without any notification to organiuization employees.
These threats can be eliminated by implementing following strategies in organization.
1. All systems in organization should be controlled by domain network strategy and giving limited priviliges to employees of organization.
2. Having secure firewall for organization network
3. Monitoring all incoming and outgoing data from network
4. Installing right anti virus softwares in system.
The following are the ways to protect organization data:
1. Always encrypt all confidential information
2. Use right password that includes capital letters and numbers and special symbols
3. Keeping security software upto date
4. Restrict to use USBs
5. Always prepare backup plan for security breaches
6. Keep reviewing the security strategies
