Explanation / Answer

As a professional in a business organization, presentation skills are considered to be very important for an individual and it is the presentation skills that can actually help the individual get recognition in the organization and also in the industry as well. As a presenter I believe that there are some aspects in which I need to improve, Firstly, I am unable to accept criticism from the audience sometimes regarding any point which is actually a drawback and I need to work on that. Secondly, body language is one aspect I need to work on because I feel that it is important and I am not aware of the appropriate body gestures during the presentation. In order to improve taking in criticism regarding a point I explained I need to possess an open mind so that I consider such things as learning and accept them and discuss on them and in order to improve the body language I need to study appropriate body language that is required in the stages of a presentation.

I believe that as we look at presentations given by others we understand the flaws and provide feedback I should also be accepting feedbacks from my peers in order o develop myself and the feedback should be neutral and unbiased so that it is actually helpful for me to develop.
