Personal Business Plan The entrepreneurial process is at its core concerned with "the pursuit of opportunity without regard to the resources already under control. This process is as applicable to your career as it is to starting a company. The goal of this assignment is to identify where you want to be and how you will get there. Do not worry about your current resources. Think entrepreneurially! Your personal business plan should include a long-term vision statement, the "external" opportunities that exist, your "internal" (personal) strengths, and a strategy for yourself and your life over the next three to five years. In addition, please share at least one "failure" from your past and what you learned from it in terms of maximizing your potential for the future. The assignment should consist of 500-1000 words in bullet points or prose that summarizes as many of the areas below as possible, as well as the one "failure"

I prefers to be an entrepreneur than an employee, for that i did some ground work and collected some data. As per my data, i found that food business is the one which have continuous demand and good returns too. the modern people do not have right opportunities to have healthy food in the market. The suppliers like hotels, restaurants etc are not delivering their services fairly to the customers. Hence, I preferred to start an organic food center in my locality, later it will be expands.

For this, the requirements are appointing few farmers who cultivates vegetables and produce milk. I pay them in advance by mentioning my requirements like do not use any chemicals and fertilisers for cultivation of vegetables, traditional practices etc. In the same way collects milk and processed it according to requirements. Of course this process is costlier compares to the regular cultivation process, but the quality make sense here.

Next, i chose some corporate clients for serving food as part of their employee snacks, lunch and dinner timings. Initially for a week days i serve them at free of cost, once they feel it good and healthy, then i start paid services to them. People relizes the knows the importance of healthyness and the role of balanced diet in that. Here there is no worry about competition, because organic food business is in infant stage very few players are in market. By doing this i can provide employment for few people and I am offering healthy and tasty food to the people. I focused on marketing strategies and promote the product well in the market.

The recent failure from my side is, I started to produce Plastic paper and decoration items to homes and offices like small furnitures, decoration flowers, plastic boards etc. But it fails due to many reasons. One among those is heavy competition and difficult to finding clients and corporate customers to this. We were fail to market our product, where there are many alternatives are available to public. By considering all the limitations in this, i am going to establish the new organic food venture.
