I initially picked C, because I thought to myself "It's just a service provider so it shouldn't need to know anything. Problem is that in a scenario of an environment with multiple printers and multiple computers hooked up to a print server, the server would decide which printers are busy so to not send print jobs there, right? Using this past point (which may be wrong, let me know if it is), I decided that it might be D, since it may know that the printer is busy or not, and whether it's functional or not, and decide whether to send a job to a printer that's busy or not. But the main question is, is the job of deciding a functionality of a SERVICE PROVIDER or is it for another collaborator that makes the decision and sends it over to the print server?
