I need help

Im trying to build a window or display and a mouse in java that when you move the mouse around a screen, you get RGB values of colors. inside the main widow there should be 2 smaller windows, one at the top that shows the color and another at the bottom tht shows the RGB value.  .

theoutcome should look somthing like this but instead of all the squares i just need two. 1 that shows the color the mouse is on, and another that show the RGB values and the name...

. I have the specific colors and their RGB values if you need them. thnks..
