It is aimed at serving HR professionals and advance and lead the HR profession. so, it is directly helping the professionals and when they are effectively and efficiently appling the knowledge and performing their tasks successfully it is indirectly helping the employees.
Yes, it is best if this information is only accessed by HR professionals and not the employees because some information may get wrongly used or misused by employees for their benefit.
