So basically I need this project done:

Here is the template and what I have so far, I have the first two functions done and some of the main function:

*As a note this program MUST run in Python version 3.3.3 or else I cannot run it, therefore I will not reward points. You must also use the template I have meaning you must use functions to complete it. DO NOT rework the program and do a bunch of "if" statments or else I will not accept it. Lastly please provide a download link to the program via either dropbox, google drive, or some other cloud service. This is alot of work and a lot to ask and I realize that which is why I will be posting this question 3 times at 3000 points each. YES YOU CAN GET 9000 POINTS IF EVERYTHING IS DONE CORRECTLY. The titles of each question will be 'Python Project 1', 'Python Project 2', and 'Python Project 3'. If you still can't find the other questions then comment and I will send you the links.
