2. Site must pass validation as HTML 5 validation.
3. Links must workat least 8 links to external URL's plus links to any pages or media
4. Graphics must workat least 3 graphics on the site. Graphics must be original or from the Public Domain or Creative Commons.
5. Pages should be readily viewable. No excessively large files. A penalty will be assessed if the page(s) or media takes over 20 seconds to load.
6. Layout should be done with CSS using an external style sheet for the site
7. Need to have least 5 pages in site including index.html
8. Must include a form or survey in project. Forms should send data using either a form cgi script (if you have your own account) or by using the e-mail send feature
9. Must include JavaScript in project. No JavaScript errors
10. Must include one type of multimedia (video, Flash, audio, animations be HTML 5 animation...)
