What is your recommendation to the committee regarding Margaret's system request? Why? What should be the next steps? Why?

The CD Selections project is an all new concept and hence would require a lot of marketing. Hence, company should recruit a PR consultant firm for proper response from the users. But this would increase the budget of the project which is again a risky step to invest in a new venture. Hence, this is a risky project with an overhead invetment. But, with proper PR strategies, this can be overcome.

Before going into cost effective processes like staffing, planning, development, etc., there should be more of research conducted in the basic plan of the project and also in the actuall uniqueness of this project to similir ones that are already existing.
