We are instructed to provide four parts to my given question. Please do not downvote the answer due to that reason.

1. There are times in my schedule where I feel "there's no time left" and it has happened often. The activity that I was performing during this time was creating a managerial report for managing the resources at my work and get a better output, reducing the number of activities that did not amount to anything productive to a minimum.

2. This activity can be minimized from taking up all time by allowing this report to be created bi-weekly or, creating the report while the task is being carried out, which would allow us the possibility of not having to cross check our values and save a lot of time by calculation.

3. Yes, there are times in my daily activities where I feel that there is not time enough for it. I can say that for activities such as making my personal schedule so that I can utilize my time better and also, market research. These activities require the most amount of time as far as my work goes.

4. I feel that by using machines to do both the tasks for me I can essentially save myself from doing all the repetitive tasks and just focus to allow the machines provide me with the essential details regarding the value of the project and also, the current project evaluation. Saving a lot of manual labour in the process.
