In this thread, we will discuss how meaning and purpose can be harnessed globally admist cultural barriers. Organizational success is largely contingent upon employees finding meaning and purpose in what they do. For example, I conducted research on 15 Psychological Professionals who expressed that their job tasks had to be meaningful and purposeful to invoke passion for what they do. How can commitment for successful outcome be achieved within a global society with diverse cultural factors? Explain.

Today's world buisness moves to Globalization. To grown world economy globalization play vital role in it . But with the globalization there is also increased cultural diversity, personnel challenges in the work area . These factor often create cultural barrier within the organization co-worker and performance of organization. There are the various barrier :

Language and communication barrier : with the increase of globalizatins effects , many employees to transfer from one county to another country or different region where the employees face the problem language style and communication. Because it's to change the national accent and it's create the problem to understand for others employees and sometimes it's misunderstood by other employees . Especially when it's time to give oral presentation, difficult to convey oral message with other employees .

Generational barrier : in any company there are the different age group worker works some employees is quite young like 20-21 some is mature 30-40 age group and some employees at retirement age like 60.so because of different age group their work style is also different so sometimes it create conflict among the employees .

Commitment for successful outcome be achieved Within a global society with diverse cultural factor which are as follows :

Moral values and belief : when diverse culture well managed by management team then it helps to improve the moral values and belief of employees and it's create positive environment in the organization .for. e.g when different cultural group work together under the well managed team the they respect each other working style and religion.

Learn new skills : when employees works in multinationals company (MNC) so employees learns lot. And it's helps to Develop overall personality of individual and enhance their learning skills . Because individual can different style of working .

Good perspective : when employees works in diversity culture so there are the different group of employees who work and generate different ideas . So the individual ideas can also be broad and good perceptive .it helps to create good collections of ideas and helps to select final best ideas.
