While working is a organization with different different cultures , religion, qualifications and experience. Organization is always suffering from different dispute and conflicts at workplace. Organization is attempting to resolve through the different process and procedures and it is depending on the dispute nature.

Dispute resolution processes are as follows-

1) Clarifying what is issue of dispute that is most essential to clear with the affected parties. Our organization human resources team understand the level of dispute and origin.

2) Establish a common goal for both parties- We are working in organization and when dispute taking place and then need to establish a common goal for both parties. We must ensure the outcomes of dispute and made them agree on common decisions.

3) Discuss the ways to meet the common goals by the mediator of organization and drawing a presentation of meeting common goal.

4) Determine the barriers to the common goals and understand the element that are becoming barriers in taking a common solutions.

5) Agreed the best way to resolve the conflicts by the both parties that will leads to success of dispute resolution.

6) Acknowledgement the agreed upon solutions and determining the responsibilities of each parties towards the decided solutions that came from the discussion.

It is very tough to say that employee become satisfied with the solutions , employee must think about his satisfaction and dissatisfaction about the solutions.

Alternative dispute resolution is including the different approaches to resolve the dispute in a non hostile manners , ranging from the negotiations between two or more parties, mediation , consensus building , arbitration , adjudication etc. Organization is ultimately aiming to resolve the dispute as soon as possible so that organization work on solving these dispute through the different channels. Dispute resolution is very important by any ways because of the proper work and productivity of organization. Dispute always leads to dissatisfaction that resulting to loss of productivity and performance.
