need quick help with: (please give a brief description of how you came to your conclusion, not just the answer. I want to try and understand the answer. For credit, thanks.)

A system samples a sinusoid of frequency 520 Hz at a rate of 100 Hz and writes the sampled signal to its output without further modification. Determine the frequency that the sampling system will generate in its output. A signal consists of only two sinusoids, one of 45 Hz and one of 25 Hz. This signal is sampled at a rate of 160 Hz. Find the first six positive frequencies that will be present in the replicated spectrum. A signal has a spectrum from 0 to 145 Hz, as shown below. It is sampled at a rate of 260 Hz. Find the region of the baseband spectrum that will become corrupted and unrecoverable even if an ideal "brickwall" filter is used for recovery.

Explanation / Answer

answer 1)

520

answer 2)

25   45 115 135 185   205

45+25 = 70

45-25= 20

first component =25

second = 45

third = 45+70=115

fourth=115+20=135

fifth=115+70=185

sixth = 185+20=205

answer 3)

115-145 Hz
