(*&)(*)(&Formula Help

I've got a worksheet that has 12 pages in it that look like this:@@

There's one $page for each of the next 12 weeks. The problem I'm having is with the Milestone Bonus formula. There are three different milestone bonuses available - when a person reaches a weight loss of 5% of their starting weight, they get 5 points, 7% they get 7 points, and 10% they get 10 points. I calculate this from the Total Weight Lost to Date cell. The problem is that these bonuses are only awarded once for each milestone for the 12 week period, so I need the formula to be able to look at prior weeks to see if they've already gotten the 5 point bonus and if they have, the formula for the 7% bonus would occur, et cetera. I have the feeling I'm making this harder than it needs to be, but I can't figure out how to do this. Help!

Explanation / Answer

@@, I'm not sure I get this but to calculate the weight loss as a percentage we need to divide weight loss/starting weight.^_^

I have assumed in this formula that the starting weight is in G3 and you've told us the weight loos to date is in D24 so try this. :D

=IF(AND(D24/G3>=$J$3,D24/G3<$K$3),5,IF(AND(D24/G3>=$K$3,D24/G3<$L$3),7,IF(D24/G3>=$L$3,10,0)))
