Conditinal Formatting Dates

Hello, I have this situation and any help would be truly appreciated.

Our product goes in and out often.

In column L i have the date when the product goes out and its formatted to change color when it has been out for over 10 days

In column M i have the date when the product come back in, I need column L go back to blank when we have our product back and I just can't get it.

This are the formulas I have so far working:

=L1="" no format to keep the cell blank when the product has been out less than 10 days

=L1<=TODAY()-10 formatted in red when the product has been out for over 10 days

For the last option that is keep the cell L blank when the product has the back in date in column M

If anybody here can help me with that, I'll be very grateful. Thank you

Explanation / Answer

It would have been nice to know the particulars of the conditional formatting rule that sets the column L date. I would guess that the CF rule is based upon a formula something like,

=$L1>(TODAY()-10)

Change that to something like,

=AND($L1>(TODAY()-10), $M1<>"")
