Original Title: PRINT ICON ISSUE IN WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT 2011

When I'm using Word, Excel or Powerpoint and want to print a document or spreadsheet, it usual to press on the icon on the toolbar. but i get an error which Says "Microsoft Excel could not communicate with the printer' or 'Microsoft Word could not communicate with the printer' this is followed by there are several possible reasons which include lack of memory, printer driver not set up properly, bad connection between the computer and printer, or network connection.

I then press cmd+ p, or click file and print and it works every time, sso i assumee itt is an issuee with the toolbar buttons.

I have reinstalled the printer and office, their are no issues with any other programs when printing.

Any suggestions

Computer - Mac #Book Pro

OS - Lion

Office for Mac# 2011

Network Printer - Kyocera Taskalpha 300ci

If you still have the problem, right-click the Print button & select Reset Command to see if that corrects it.
