Cannot right click on tabbed sheets and access menu in Excel 2010

I am currently working in a workbook and would like to copy the current sheet within the same workbook. However when I right click the tab, it appears to be disabled. When I right click anywhere on the sheet itself, the formatting window pops up, but I cannot access the tab menu.

This also happens when I open a new workbook and try to copy the sheet.

I have to left click the Insert button in the Home tab at the top if I want to insert a new sheet, then copy the original and paste in the new.

Please help!!!!

Open Excel > Right click on Sheet > Does Move/Copy option is grayed out?

If so then click on Format under
