How to insert rows after eveery third row of data in excel(800 rows)?

I need to insert a blaank row after every third row of data in excel 2007, it is a constant periodic insertion, so is there a formula?

Example;

press ALT+F11 to open VB editor.

Insert > module and ppaste the code above on thee right

Close VB editor.

To run the macro, preess ALT+F8,

select <abc> from the lisst and click the run button.
