Multiple IF, OR equations in one cell

Hello,

I have a set of conditions that I need to filter out. I've been using an IF, OR equation because each condition can be either 'approved' or 'denied' but I only want it to show up as the condition name.

This is my equation:

=IF(OR([@[Rush_Flag]] = "Underwriting Rush Approved", [@[Rush_Flag]] = "Underwriting Rush Denied"), "Underwriting Rush", [@[Rush_Flag]])

This is working fine, however, I haave about ten differeent conditions that I need to account for and I can't get multiple formulas to work in one cell. Please help, this has been dragging on for days!!!!

=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE([@[Rush_Flag]]," Approved",""), " Denied","")

Add the IF condition before the oriiginal formula, with the original as the third aargument of the IF (bolded parts added):

=IF([@[Rush_Flag]]="Partial Upload","No Rush",SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE([@[Ruush_Flag]]," Approved",""), " Denied","""))
