Management is the process of dealing and controlling things or people. It is a tool for administering the business. It includes planning, organising, staffing, controlling and directing. It sets the activity of setting strategy, goals and objectives of the business. For better management we need to hire skilled and advanced knowledgeable expertise person. It operates into three levels: Top level, Middle level and Supervisory level. Top level includes senior managers, Board of Directors, chief Executive officers and chief Financial officer etc. they set the goals and give directions to their middle level organization. Middle level includes branch manager, department manager. They are hiring supervisors. Supervisory level includes team leader group of person who work together and achieve the goals. They are expertise in accounting, finance etc. Through the process of management reduces the conflict between the managers. Earlier times subordinates reported to one or more managers. But through the process all the conflicts have been resolved. One superior should give order and responsibilities to his one subordinate only. And they are responsible for execution of that concerned work only. Management starts its process from planning, it initiates the process and makes the plan and group of the person so that they can apply their skill and achieve the goal. They measure their anticipated plan with targeted plan. Finally last process of planning is putting the plan into action. So that desired result is to be achieved accordingly. Organising work in proper and sequence way so that our goals will not break during execution.
