searching names in a different sheet to return data in a corresponding cell

I have a workbook to track pilots flights and flight hours with multiple spreadsheets in the workbook. One of the sheets, 'summary'!, has a quick breakdown of total flight hours for each pilot. I need a formula that will search the names in 'summary'! B1:B10 and match that name to 'lookup'! G1:G10 and return the number in 'lookup'! AD1:AD10.  I can enter the info manually but, there are several locations that need this info and i only want to do it once.
