Edit Links Does Not allow changing Sheets

I am developing a report workbook that must link to an Workbook maintained by another department - thus I have no control over it. They create a new worksheet for each day of the year. I need to simply switch references to the new worksheet every day. One would think that "Edit Links" would be the ticket but it only changes the Workbook and does not provide an option to change sheets within a workbook.

I've tried to use Indirect() to construct the references so that a user would only have to enter the name of the new sheet in one cell. This does not seem to work. If I simply put an "=" before the text it works but if I use the same cell in an Indirect() I get a Ref error.:

Hi..

INDIRECT only works with references to another workbook if that workbook is open in the same instance of Excel. So you'll have to open that workbook together with the one you're developing.
