"A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name "...", which already exists on the destination worksheet."

I receive this message when I make a copy of a sheet in my workbook. This message appears in several different workbooks, and I cannot figure out what it really means, and how to get rid of it. The message reads as follows:

"A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name "Boo", which already exists on the destination worksheet. Do you want to use this version of the name?

I have no idea where the name "Boo" comes from. It's not in my excel sheet anywhere, so I'm at a loss of what to do to make this go away. Any help is appreciated.

You can see the definition of names by activating the Formulas tab of the ribbon and clicking Name Manager. You can delete it from there if you are sure you don
