Our company is actually looking for proposal for the computerized environment solution for our Pharmacy Chain. We retained a few potential solution providers for the same. But we found your company is best feasible for our environment based requirement solution provider.
Please provide an estimate for computerization of our branches for Pharmacy Chain along with High end Internet connectivity solution latest by 15-Dec-2016 along necessary document, if required. Please go through the following points regarding out company before providing the solution
Organizational Overview
ABC and Pharmacy is one of preeminent company in India. We offer services for different types of Pharmacy like Clinical Pharmacy and Hospital pharmacy. Currently there are number of branches with ABC and Pharmacy. We are also offering the franchises to use.
Current Environment/Installed System
There are 25 locations in 7 states, where branches of the company are established. Each Branch is dealing with two types of Pharmacy i.e. Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy each branch having many users and branch members sharing the information with the help of dialup connection of internet connectivity with other branch. There are centralised printers installed with each branch along with two POS for credit card verification over the WAN Data Link. Currently 36kbps dialup connection is used to connect with HQ which is very slow.
Requirement Definition and Solution Required
We are planning to transfer on totally computerized environment. Actually, we need to install five high end computers (Desktop PC) in each branch, at least three printers that can manage the request of every user. The structure of the branch for connectivity may be established with the help of Switched LAN environment. We request you to please provide the best solution for our company which is best feasible for our increasing environment of branches.
