For authentication:
User should swipe the card on the machine.
The machine should ask for a 4 digit number from the user.
The machine should then check if it matches with the record on the server.
If the match is found then authentication is successful otherwise it is a failure.
Withdrawal:
Once authentication is done user should enter the amount of money required from the machine.
Machine can then provide an option to the user to choose the currency denomiations.
Once selected the required amount should be dispensed from the machine.
The balance in the user account is updated accordingly.
If the money entered is more than the account message then error message should be displayed.
Question 1:
Ahmad should first analyze the current payroll package. He should take feedback from the user that what are the shortcomings in the current package. There may be issues with some features in the code/some problem with the interface in some part of the package. Depending on that Ahmad should design the specification and the plan for the new payroll package required by the users.
