The basic fundamental problem with the diagram is that the relationship between different attributes is not defined. Usually we defined the extend and the include relationships in the use case diagrams which is missing for lot of entities in the diagram.

Also for each entitiy we need to define the multiplicity in the relationship which is also missing in the abve diagram.
