The research paper should be 8 -9 pages (APA Style) in length and include at least 3 bibliographic references from ProQuest Library only. The paper must include a Cover page, Abstract along with Table of contents & references at the end of the paper.

Data Analytics Challanges

Some of challanges that would be encountered while Data Analytics : first let us talk about the thing which we are analysing i,e data , it is an asset , its value can be extracted via analytics but unlike commodities it doesnot grow as proportion to its volume hence its a special type and data anyalysis is making changes on how it is reviewed and this requires special skill set and people to work on which it self is challenging task as its directly proportional to success of analysis plan and further process which are relying on this data.Now when we consider implementing data analytic in any company first it requires understanding whether that organisation is data driven or not otherwise its a waste of efforts and cost, hence at first stages need to put in efforst to introduce the concept of data analysis and their benefits , stake holders and IT teams.Now once we know we need data analysis then it requires enough understanding of data so that it can put in right shape.Then comes the speed of doing it, when we are talking about data it could be in immense volume and hence if we are slowing down there then there is no point of doing analysis as data rapidly change and we will never come up to proper analysis report.Then even when we have analysis speed and understanding of data in place but another challange comes up is data quality which at any cost needs to be maintained. Then next come is representation of analysis reports if we have everything in place but not able to represent in proper manner, readable and understandable manner then no point of achieving any of the above challange.
