Explanation / Answer

1.Epic software has provide a dedicated module for training like cardiology, oncology, ortho, dental, rehab, radiology, etc. I will conduct five training session. And divide the staff in five group having related speciality and conduct training.

2.First I would ensure that each one has given practical training to use Epic software before the software has gone live

3.Different specialisation requires different input and output, thanks during Training it is important to take care of time management and to customise the training according to specialisation rather than becoming too streamline.

4.The advantages of using Epic software is that speciality carrots provided, the content is curated according to speciality there is an expertise community in the related speciality there is patient engagement facilities where patients are given tools like my chart to track their health support can be provided to a remote location by using telehealth facility like telecardiology, dermatology, remote ICU, video visit, telerounding.etc

Disadvantages:

As different speciality have their own module some models have been rated as below average.
