Explanation / Answer
1.The country that I would invest in is Vietnam. as vietnam's retail sector is growing quickly driven by changing lifestyles and behaviour. there has been increase in living standards and consumption behaviour has changed. consumers in Vietnam care more about health when making purchase decisions ie. organic and all natural food product for attracting more consumers. Therefore that type of business I would invest in is the company that provides health supplements using natural products as raw material.
2. Potential challenges for investing in the country vietnam are:
Corruption
lack of intellectual property rights enforcement
inadequate infrastructure
tax burden
Opaque legal framework and slowness of Vietnam judicial system shipping and custom tax issues
language barriers
3. Yes I would invest in women owned business as they are better at handling crisis and are more ethical in making business decisions.
4. No I don't consider loaning to a group of people. As it would be difficult to make judgement about each ones creditworthiness and trustworthiness.
