One of the teams that work under your direction has been consistently productive and performing well. The team is very cohesive and has made numerous contributions to the organization. You have become aware that the team members are less than accurate in reporting their time and they often bend company rules regarding time off and vacations. You have not been able to get much information from any of the members, who are sticking together. You are worried that any action on your part may jeopardize the team’s productivity, but you also feel an obligation to enforce company rules. What is the appropriate course of action?

As a leader , i will show positive attitude so as to bring some change in the behavior of the people. I will address my team members and ask them to help me while implementing the company's rules and regulations for manging the business process and behavioral control .

I will appreciate their contribution to the productivity of the organization. I will win their confidence first by knowing their state of mind . After this , i will request them to follow the timelines and work procedure of the organization.

I will identify the team leader and try to communicate him the actual conditions of company's rules and regulations and the role and desire of the management of the company. Even , i will take him under the confidence and request him to set specific policies of the organization which will be control the behavior and attitude of the employees under this team leader.

As a leader , i will manage the emotional stability of the people who will work with me.
