BIOMETRICS :FUTURE OF SECURE IDENTIFICATION AND AND AUTHENTICATION
biometrics is basically related to the humans character which are not identical. or we can say that bioetrics is the measure ment of human’s unique characters for security as well as authentication purpose.
it can be categorized in two ways
physical characteristics
behavioural characteristics
biometric that are measured are DNA, EAR,FACE,FINGERPRINT,GAIT,HAND GEOMETRY, IRIS,KEYSTROKE, ODOUR, EYE RETINA , SIGNATURE, VEIN THERMOGRAM ,VOICE, ETC.
all these are used for the security and authentication purposes in mobiles, laptops, private accounts ,in banks, in restricted places and many more.
INTRODUCTION TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
talking about the cost ,we can say that biometric authentication technique are expensive.
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM NETWORK:
iometrics deals with both the physical and behavioural physical characters of a human, so network securityu can also be done efficiently with the help of biometrics . information and acommunication systems aqre secured by usind password ,fingerpreints, and now a days technology devics are there to detect even the face and voice too. this system help to secure the information easily and the reduce the chances of hacking.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
during any project the project management wants to handle the peoject in a small budget but biometrics is an expensive procedure so, Project management of infomation technology seems not much more reflective in biometrics development. As project management mainly focus on under development projects and its lifecyle whereas biometric systems are well managed and efficient.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS DESIGN AND IMPLEENTATION:
in design and analysis implementation biometric system can analyse how to install efficiently and use it to get the best result..design and implementatipon of biometrics are not similar everywhere. different applicaions have different infrastructure and different design so, it varies application to application.
