a. Would it be fair for any Store or Shop to charge customers with no “Loyalty Cards” more for the same item? Explain your reasoning. Also, give your opinion about how these “Loyalty Programs/Cards” should be designed for the customers.
b. Some customers share their personal information (ex. Cell phone numbers) when they apply for loyalty cards. Is this wrong? Why or why not? Give reasons for both “why” and “why not.” 23

a)yes it is a good idea to sell a product with lesses price for the customers who possesses loyalty cards.
It is a business improvement program to increae thier sale.
The same item will be charged high to the customers without card but the charged amount will not cross MRP on it,That point is to be noted significantly
Loyality card purchases are 2 way benificial to the supermarkets(sale increase) and customers(gets for lesses cost) aswell..
The values regarding Loyality points should clearly made aware to the customers
Loyality cards should be designed for each custmer uniquely and clearly intimating its status,points for reward and the purchases they can make with those points frequently through registered mails or mobile numbers
b)Sharing personal info like mobile numbers may be one way wrong but it is only the possibilty to intimate customers about the loyality benifits..The storekeep database holds the mobile numbers n mail ids of the registered customers;
They should undergo security measures as not to disclose them outside
Sharing personal info is wrong for an insecured system...but those info is needed fr them to intimate status of the loyality cards
