In order to give the training to the end users for deploying the systems we need to follow lot of things.

** The things like Setting the training goals:

- In this method we need to provide the software training to the end users in order to increase the productivity.

- So that means we have to do it as quickly as possible so that we can get the skill level which is required to do jobs quickly and accurately with the old software.

- And we want the software to help users do their jobs more quickly, accurately and securely than before.


** And another method is by Assessing and providing the end user needs:

- In this method it is very important that the element we need to create during the training plan will be evaluate the technical skill level by the people who are willing to work on the software which is used on a daily basis.


- Even Some of the software like new desktop OS may be rolled out throughout our entire organization.

- Even Some of the application programs may be installed only in a particular department like accounting,finance department, graphic design department, secretaries or department heads.

** The method called as Training delivery methods:

In this method we follow the steps to assess the delivery training. so in this method there are several factors we need to take into consideration:
- The User skill levels as determined by our needs assessment
- we need to follow and plan Number of users to be trained
- we need to take the Timeframe for rollout of the software.

There are even better training methods include:
- Computer Based Training
- Book based self paced training
- Hands on classroom style instructor led training
- Individual hands on instructor
- Seminar style group demonstration


So by Creating the training program

- We must know the purpose of the software.
- We must know the tasks that the user will complete with the software
- We must know How it differs from previous versions
- We must know the Common problems users may encounter
- We must know the Security issues related to the software

In the last we must make sure that the training program is scalable

That means the scalable training program can accommodate both large and small numbers of users

I mean to say is when the new employees has been joined in the company and we need to be trained on the software and large numbers are requirments needed so as a necessary in an organization we must follow the plan.
