Titanis is one of the huge disaster happened ever in sea resulted in a massive casualities of 1,517 lives. The reason for the incident cannot be explained with one reason. There are multiple cause and effect becuase of the impact of it, By analysing through detailed reveiw on risk assesment ,it is clear the there were major, mid and minor cause for the problem.
1. Steel plate had a hull bend, which shows that strenght factor of steel used for Titanic was not that good
2. The ship hit on an iceberg which results in creating a big hole in the steel base structure.
