The two important considerations a business communicator must reflect on with regards to diversity issues and internal communication.

1) MNC have different type of vendor which are supplying the raw materials then the communication will be as per the cultural diversity.

2) When companies are advertising its products and services then companies have to frames the taglines as per cultural background or in local language.

These considerations are important because companies need to do the business in best way and it's only effective when proper flow of communication keep on ,need not to creates barriers in communication.

Marketing and advertisement major target are to reach the information or words to targeted audiences ,it is only possible when communication channels will be effective and accessible to targeted crowd.

Yes so many time I have seen to that my top people's handle the issues of cultural diversity through internal communication .

As I am sharing my one experience that when I was joined my new company my instant senior fluently speaking his regional language to me and I was much upset with such practices of him .One day I told to my sales head that Mr rakesh is always using his regional language while discussion with me and it's really disturbed to me .Boss realized and send a mail to mr rakesh regarding same and decided that I will make any further communication with rakesh in future.
