Explanation / Answer

It has always been a dream for many in US to have a single payer system for all the healthcare needs of an individual. Under such a system, all the expenses that are incurred against the health facilities provided in the nation’s hospitals are taken care and are paid by the government rather than insurance companies. The hospital directly gets the money from the government departments rather than insurance companies that are privately owned.

US should adopt the single payer system as it is clearly intended to help the citizens and provide a hassle free payment of all the healthcare issues. A bill has been released which has all such details. Many poor people and their children would greatly be benefited from this new reform and way of delivering healthcare facilities. Having said that we need to acknowledge the fact that this reform would be a little difficult to get implemented under Trump as the thinking of his government is very conservative which will not give fruitful results.

Medicare for all can also pose to be a threat based on government control because giving this would mean that one fifth of the economy of the entire US would be directly controlled by the government which is a gamble and if this did not pay off then economy of US would go for a toss and it will become very difficult to undone and rectify. Insurance companies would have to face the music as they will go out of the business and would suffer losses and also we need to accept the fact that citizens are quite happy and satisfied with the existing system and would not like to go for a change.

If someone says that he wants to purchase then there are 2 options, first that there has to be a provision and choice given to the people to practice their choice and second the government should go with the majority and the minority will have to accept the ruling.
