So finally the drive with fastest rotation of disk is the fastest one This rotation of disk will be calculated as RPM. So in this terms the drives with highest RPM is the fastest hard drive.

I found this information from system specifications. Open run and then type msinfo32 then it displays all information tou required.

The only way is to connect them as external hard drive using the USB port.
