Learning Academy in the Organization
A motor manufacturing company is recently made its set-up in the industrial area of Pithampur, near Indore, in India. The since this is an automotive company, it needs to develop lot of its employees, customers, drivers, dealers, distributors, vendors on the product awareness. It requires a great Learning Academy for the organization.
Purpose of Learning Academy – The purpose of Learning Academy is to provide the live digital/ animated functioning knowledge of the company’s each and every parts & assemblies, so that all the key peoples like employees, workers, sales & service team, dealer & distributors get the qualitative knowledge of the product so that they can deliver the effective product support in the market to customers.
Learning Innovation – The Learning Academy’s target is to use the highest level of technology for the easy and user friendly process of knowledge delivering to the people. The knowledge delivering/ sharing should be very effective looking at the levels of people getting these training modules. Application of different different technologies & user friendly techniques for the same, with application of Continual improvement methodology.
Place for the Learning Academy – The place decision is based on the available space in the organization, which is free from any sound / any other disturbance, at the same time easy for the people movement. The Place is identified in the organization near the HR Office near the entrance gate of the organization.
Venue :- The Venue is worked out based on considering the key factors which supports the learning academy. Venue should have positive effect on the moral of the people while training / learning courses. The design of the venue will be much attractive ones.
Design of the Venue : - The deisgn of the Learning Academy needs to be world class with meeting all the refreshment facilities for the trainees. The facility will have the competitive design to suit the requirements.
Layout & Locations : - The Layout of the location is worked out with respect to the planning of all the key learning modules for part wise, sub assemblies wise, assemblies wise, final product wise etc. The learning design will have various sections as per the content of the learning modules. A location is worked out for each and every module of the learning processes.
Facility & Equipments: - The world class facility is designed for the learning Academy with respect to the design of the academy. The Facility is designed & constructed as per company norms. All the equipments are planned for each and every learning process & need to plan for the introduction at the venue.
Staffing : - Since the Learning Academy will be a full time operation department, we need a staff for running the department. So complete staff is planned with respect to trainers, administrations, maintenance team etc.
