You are the IT consultant of a small company of 20 employees. You have computers in every office and Internet access throughout the company. Would you encourage the owner to pay for security education and training for all of the staff? Explain your answer.

1. As a IT consultant, Yes I will definetly encourage the owners to pay for security education and training for all of the staff because this is very important in securing our systems during a disaster.

2. some of the point about disaster recovery is that being able to recover from a disaster is consistently a top priority for each and every IT managers and they will always constantly looking for the ways to protect more applications and to do it more economically with less downtime.

3. If you take some companies have very big peojects and thos IT managers won't hesistate in creating a plan for disaster recovery.

4. disaster recovery plans testing is very critical in identifying changes in the environment so that the plan can be updated regularly to include any new situations and to accommodate any altered conditions.

5. One example is that 2 years back there came a cyclone in vizag and the name of the cyclone is HUDHUD and because of this cyclone whole vizag has destroyed and the IT companies also destroyed and their systems too. but with in 2 to 3 days tjey started working on their projects quite normally because they implemented a disaster recovery plans.

6. Instead of thinking whether to implement or not just go ahead and implement it for your systems because we dont know when a disaster is going to occour.

7. so these are my views as a IT concultant.
