I would respond with note of of thanks to the customer for giving their precious time for understanding the roadmap of planning and subsequently implementation and maintenance.Further I would share the process ogf measuring the progress of the project and its activities according to the timelines so that their should be the transparency . The single point of contact for communication and coordination will be apointed and shared and along with the service level agreement .The formal contract copy would be shared physically and as weel as over the mail.The review timelines and project team memebers would be shared along with the frequency of the dashboard of the project progress and the escalation matrix.
