The advantages of open cubicle configuration are
1. Employees can interact directly rather than mails or calls. This avoids miscommunication.
2. It will be helpful to know the status and the issues of ongoing project work of every member in the team so that it will be easy to handle issues and help each other.
3. There will be transparency across the team without having any secrets or something like that.
4. Communication will be improved because of continuous interactions with other people.
5. Team work will be improved as all the people will sit in one place so all the people will talk about their works and solve their unknown issues by talking with others.
6. Good understanding between the employees will be improved.
