                             The cyber stalking criminal described in the above scenarios will be booked under the following section

             1. 47 U.S.C. § 223(a)(1)(C)

             2. 47 U.S.C. § 223(a)(1)(E)

The penalties that are need to be served under this law are

         1. The criminal will be fined not more than $50,000

         2. Imprisoned for not more than six month

         3. In rare case both in above points.

Did you find that the current law addressed the above situation adequately?

                                No this law concentrates only direct attack to the victim over communication medium. It doesn't deal with what action to take if the attackers publish harassing content or sensual content to the surrounding people of the victim.
