Purchased from online site, Amazon and because it provides discout and several comparison options.

4.When and how often do you purchase the item?

Once in 2 years once I see any amazing feature and onlie offer .

5.Why and how do you select the products?

I have selected Samsung mobile becasuse I saw lot of extra ordinary features in the phone as compared to others in the market and I found all these difference through the surfing website about its advantages,memory capacity,RAM,ROM,Camera pixcel clarity,etc. Also I was happy with the service and warranty it has provided. It was also in my budget.

6.Why do you not purchase competing products?

Competing products are way too expensive with less warranty and servicing. Also the features were less attractive and very specific colour handset was availbale.

7.How are you the same and different from other consumers?

Same-Beacuse I have craze for new gazets and curious about its features and colour of the handset.Also look for any offer online.

Different: I prefer not to go beyound my budget and I am very particular about the warranty and its servicing, camera look.
