The project proposal summary is intended to describe high-level elements of the project. The project proposal summary is a working document, which is expected to change over time during the course as new project details emerge. Your audience for this document is your organization's board of directors, and you are seeking their approval.

Now a days the business expansion is integrated with the online shopping People are more edicted for online rather than to go to the shop So to start a business with IT technology we need to focus on the following areas like what are the products that are included in the business, conditions need to be taken care , price list, if any exchange of product there should be a separate process and more over competition plays a vital role To standby in this competitive world we need to prove our products are awesome when compared to other stores which include pricing as well There should be a person to check what are all the product offering in other stores then he could get a better idea to improve his business We need to gather what are all the requirements needed for the project and amount that need to be invested and also there should be customer care support for the product to resolve the problem for the customer While implementing at different areas, I think that e commerce will be an advantage of online shopping so that each and every customer can login and search for the product by which he can gain profit in less duration of time Customers are more attracted to offers rather than daily sale There should be a monthly status report of each and every product in all the region's by which he can get a clear idea which product is sailing more in which region Depending up on the region he might provide some offers to the product so that the customers will be attracted to buy by which there will not be no loss He should develop a yearly status report and compared to previous year so that he can have an idea whether the business is in profit or in loss The prices should be changed on time because the prices will not be static there will be change in our daily life The main reason to improve business through online is to attract more customers and person from any location can buy the product through online without going to shop By executing the above process , the business will be expand more and not only the expansion it gives a competition for the other resources as well by which we can get a clear idea what are the necessary risks need to be taken not to include loss We will provide special offers on vacations so that people are more attracted rather than daily , customers will search for offers on vacations because they are in a idea that so and so vacation ther will be offers by which we can buy more products for less amount If the project was not confirmed firstly I will start with few regions manually rather than online and next depending upon the business , will start online business by succeeding the profits and rather than single person investment will be collecting a group of people so that they might be a less burden when compared to single person Will be providing more information to the board of directory and will explain all the risks and profits so that they will get a clear idea about the project and will be identifying the risks in short span of time rather than long time by which we can take a necessary actions to decrease the loss We need to estimate how much amount is needed for the investment and budget need to be taken into consideration The return on investment should be taken into account to reduce our taxes by which we can gain profit so by taking all these necessary conditions we can clearly say that rather than profit there can be no profit or no loss by which we can gain profit in coming year rather than a present year By discussing all the necessary activities that are need to be included in the project the board of director should approve that the project will going to be started on particular date and time and these are the budgets that are needed for the project The board of directory will going to be validated and identify the risks, he will study the entire process and come to an idea that he can approve or reject
