Question

Complete the following LabSim lab simulation: 8.1.5 Configure a Host Firewall. Each lab simulation will be graded automatically on a percent basis (100 possible points), which your instructor will convert to 25 points and enter on the Module 6 Critical Thinking grading rubric. Note that you can re-work each graded lab simulation as many times as you like, so if you repeat each simulation until you get a score of 100%, you can earn a perfect score on every Critical Thinking Assignment. When you have finished both LabSim Simulations assigned for this Critical Thinking Assignment, take a screenshot of the final screen of each Simulation to certify that you have completed all tasks. Then, paste the screen images into a Word document with your name, date, school name, section, course name, and instructor name and submit for credit. After completing the simulation and reviewing material in the texts, discuss firewalls to develop and have in a corporate environment. Discuss the issues and maintenance requirements for firewalls. Remember to include why firewalls are critical to overall security of networks. Your paper should be 3-5 pages in length and conform to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. Include at least two scholarly references in addition to the course textbook. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these references.
