For each of the above IP addresses we have subnet mask value as 255.255.255.0 which means that it can accomodate 256 addresses. Now each site should have a separate broadcast address which can be used by separate sites.
So in total they can accomodate all these people in this subnet. The starting address will be 221.128.135.0 for the corporation.
b)
In CIDR notation it will be 221.128.135.0/22
Some of the IPs will not be used but this can be kept for future exapansion purpose. Overall with this scheme acme corp can provide 1024 addresses.
