Hoping to improve the problem, your help is requested. We need to know your past history in regard to the average number of temporary office workers in your department. This number would be based on how many you use each month. Your input is also requested in regard to the time a temporary worker remains in your employ. As a general rule, do you know the length of a temporary worker’s work assignment? We’re talking about your department only, of course. Another important bit of information revolves around the skills you need. To get you the best temps, your needs must be known. As a matter of fact, we also would like to know what temporary agencies you now use to supply temps to your department.

Pursuant to this request, we need your response by April 1. It would be advisable for you to write your answers in your reply to this message. Pending receipt of the return of this request, may we take the liberty of thanking you in advance. Through the use of the information you provide, we will make plans for an improved policy.
